March 24, 2021, 2021 Forum for the Internationalization of Chinese Food (Huaiyang Cuisine) was held at Huai’an, Jiangsu Province. During this forum, experts of catering business from all over the world gathered together, discussed the ways of internationalization of Chinese food and the high-quality development of catering business.
This form aims to promote the internationalization of Huaiyang cuisine, Chinese members of UNESCO Creative Cities Network also attended this forum.
