On December 18, 2018, Huai’an participated in the 15th Chengdu International Food Festival and performed with 18 chefs from the US, Colombia, Canada, Indonesia, Thailand and other gastronomy cities all over the world. Master Luo Guijin was in charge of Peony Tofu, while Master Li Zhongliang was in charge of Qingong Meatball. The two masters from Huai’an were selected as guest lecturers of Anren Slow Food College by the International Slow Food Association for their excellent skills.
